Bespoke Next.js stores for brands that need more than a Shopify template. Your own code, 95+ page speed, Stripe/SEPA, ERP integrations, no per-transaction fees. I don't compete on the cheap-template end — this is for brands investing in a long-term brand.
Honestly — for most businesses Shopify or WooCommerce is the better choice. A few hundred to a few thousand euros plus a monthly subscription, and you have a working store within a week. I don't compete in that segment.
A custom Next.js store only makes sense when the standard solution limits you: your brand needs a unique UX, performance is critical to conversion (Google Ads CPC, mobile speed), you need integrations the platform can't do (ERP, custom logistics), or you're scaling to the point where SaaS subscriptions become disproportionately expensive.
Brands with €100K+ annual revenue investing in long-term positioning; B2B stores with per-customer pricing; businesses needing deep ERP integration (SAP, Dynamics, DATEV); subscription models with custom recurring logic; multi-language premium brands. If you're not in these categories — Shopify will be enough and cheaper, and I'll tell you so directly.
All stores — bespoke Next.js + Vercel + Stripe/SEPA, your own code. Choose by scope.
Classic store: catalog, cart, checkout with Stripe/SEPA, customer accounts, order history, admin panel. Up to ~500 products.
Subscription model: monthly boxes, packages, recurring billing. Custom logic — pause, skip, upgrade. Stripe Subscriptions or custom.
B2B specifics: per-customer pricing, payment by invoice/SEPA, automated VAT-compliant invoicing, ERP integration (SAP, Dynamics), wholesale pricing.
Multi-vendor platforms: multiple sellers, commission systems, payouts via Stripe Connect. Complex projects — priced by scope.
So you do not have to imagine it, I built a working store. A fictional brand, real code: catalogue with filters, bag and grind options, subscriptions, wholesale pricing tiers, cart, Stripe checkout and an admin panel. In Lithuanian and English.
You can add products and walk through the whole purchase — payments run in test mode, no money is charged. An order you place appears in the admin panel immediately.
One-off build. Hosting from €20–100/month (Vercel + DB). No per-transaction fees.

Starter MVP e-shop (Next.js + Stripe/SEPA, up to 100 products) — from €9,900. Business (multi-language, cart recovery, inventory) — from €16,900. Enterprise (B2B, ERP integration, subscription) — from €24,900. I build only premium custom solutions, not Shopify templates.
Shopify charges 0.5–2% per transaction + monthly fees. For €100,000 yearly revenue that's ~€2,500–5,000/year in Shopify fees alone. Custom Next.js: one-time €9,900–24,900, no per-transaction fees, full control of UX, and 3–5x faster page load (lower Google Ads CPC). After 2–3 years, custom is cheaper than Shopify Plus.
WooCommerce is cheaper upfront (€2,000–5,000) but requires constant plugin maintenance, security patches, and slower performance (Core Web Vitals 40–70 typically). Custom Next.js delivers 95+ Lighthouse scores, better SEO ranking, and no plugin vulnerabilities. Best for brands where reliability and performance matter.
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA), Klarna (BNPL), PayPal, and local European gateways (Mollie, Adyen, Paysera for the Baltics). VAT-compliant invoicing tools: QuickBooks, Xero, DATEV (DE), Sąskaita.lt (LT). All PCI-DSS compliant, 3D Secure 2 per PSD2.
B2B Enterprise tier (from €24,900): tier pricing per customer, payment by invoice/SEPA, automated VAT-compliant invoicing, ERP integration (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, custom), quote/RFQ workflows, wholesale pricing, and customer-specific catalogs.
Starter MVP: 8–10 weeks. Business: 12–16 weeks. Enterprise/B2B: 16–24 weeks. All timelines include design, development, payment integration, testing, SEO setup, and migration assistance.
